I was really surprised when I saw that. The 400IM is no joke... Swimming it long course is even more intense. The very best swimmers in the world talk about (and quit) it all the time.

I&amp;#39;ve learned my lessons on entering the 400IM race. With key races following, there is nothing cruise or race prep about the long course 4IM.

Let&amp;#39;s revisit the thought for SCM.  :)
