I noticed on the USMS Nationals calendar that the Short Course Nationals for 2006 is "meters". Does anyone know if this is in fact true or if its just a typo?

Due to a conflict with another major sporting event in the Coral Springs area, the dates of the 2006 Short Course National Championships have been changed to May 11 - 14.

Surely the dates must be known by now. I usually have to plan out my work schedule for that time of the year about now. Does any one know the dates? Also it seems logical that the date and location could be posted on the Nationals Competition page. The details could be put up later. Why don't we do this? Tom

May 4-7, 2006 USMS SC Nationals – Coral Springs, FL I found the dates in the 2004 USMS Convention minutes. I agree it should be more prominently posted. Mary

Coral Springs was the only facility to submit a bid for SC nationals in 2006.

The event will be held in Coral Springs, Florida - located about 30-40 minutes northwest of Fort Lauderdale.

Coral Gables (?), Florida - I believe. I know it repeats to Florida but don't recall why.
