Please come EAST!!!!!! Paul, Bob and I would love to do a Super Sessions in the east, if only to hang out with you, Fort and crew. Seriously, the way we've been setting these up is with the individual LMSC's or with a large local team. If you know some of the individuals who on your local board either see if they'd be interested or send me their contact info. by PM I think we've got some unique insights to help swimmers in both the short, and especially, the long run. Rich P.S. there are only 3 spots left for the Denver clinic on the 19th of this month.

Thank You! It was a great day and I am so glad I attended. You and Rich are such Professionals and learning from you for a whole day was the best. The most important message I got was how you train for racing in such an intelligent, well-planned, and balanced manner. I walked out of the session with much more than I expected.
