Kirk, Right now first choice is holding it at the Belleview Club. I think we can make that happen. The original idea from the LMSC was the Evergreen pool, but we were very limited on class room and dryland areas. Rich

I'd love to do one in Portland as my son and his family live there. I usually work out on my own at the Tualatin Hills pool when I'm visiting. Very nice facility. Talk to the powers that be in your LMSC re hosting us. They can contact me directly for details. Rich P.S. Anything to escape the stinky old pool I swim in on a daily basis. Do you have some info about the sessions that you could send to me for onward forwarding to the LMSC big-wigs?

Rich Abrahams and Robert Strand have been invited to bring their "Super Session" program to the Pacific Northwest Zone in Seattle on January 29th. Its not combined with a swim meet. I hate the word "clinic" sounds like you are going to get a shot or something. Its a "focus program" on prepping for your "focus swim of the year" along with great dry-land instruction from Rich plus much much more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
