this will be a 5k... single loop course parallel to the beach. check out http://cibbows.org/races/ (you can preview the course on nov 6th for the veterans day 5k.... or some other time) Veterans' Day 5k at Coney???? do tell!

I was cruising through the listings and saw this unfortunate lineup. You get a weekend off before Kingdom Swim 10miler, July 9. Not if you want to do the 1-mile Championship on July 3rd! Jul 3, 2011: USMS 1-mile National Championship www.usms.org/.../event.php

Hi Susan, That's true. I was thinking mostly of the ultra-marathoners. If you want to swim all USMS OW championships in 2011, you may as well live at the airport! And give up your day job! :)
