Rich and I had a blast at our "Super Session" yesterday, July 18th, at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center. We had a super turn-out and just some "great" swimmers wanting to learn more. Rich and I would like to thank "Coach Chad" and the Rose Bowl folks for all the support. Chad was awesome on the deck and really helped get Rich's and my message accross. As soon as we can get some video edited we will post some highlights on Youtube. I wish Rich was my training partner!!! I swear I would under a minute in the 100 ***. A wonderful guy and his personal program is awesome. We are definately thinking of bringing "Super Session" to other regions of the USMS universe.
